Copyright and legal concerns

Contact legal@mediafellows.com. Describe the concern, identify the affected hostname and content, and provide a contact address for a response. For rights complaints, explain the rights involved and your authority to report the issue.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or signed playback links. Remove credentials and signature parameters before sharing a URL. We can arrange a suitable channel if further details are needed.

Security vulnerabilities

Use the mediafellows vulnerability disclosure form for technical security reports. This form is separate from abuse and copyright reporting.

Unexpected blocking

If a browser, network, or router blocks a MediaStore hostname, send its name, the time of the event, and the security product or warning category to our support contact. Do not disable your security controls to investigate.
